Raise Your Shield

Daily Truth:

We need to learn to discern just what the enemy is up to so we can more effectively shut him down. Ephesians 6:16 reminds us that God has given us a shield of faith to block every fiery arrow the enemy sends our way. Your faith, coupled with God’s Word, will change the trajectory of the battle every time. I like to say that our shield is how we tell our enemy, “Oh, no you don’t!”

Ephesians 6:16 NIV ~ In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
