Strong In Battle
Remember Who The Real Enemy Is . . .
“Sometimes after the battle dies down, you realize there are a few arrow tips that found their way into your heart and need to be removed. For example, God removed a poisonous arrow tip from my soul that pierced me with the message that God’s promises of protection didn’t apply to me—that I would have to endure everything I feared. Whenever we feel like a have-not, or like we’re a substandard child of God, we can know there’s a poisonous arrow still lodged in us. Pause and ask God to show you those places in your soul. Identify the incident or circumstance and the enemy’s intent behind that experience. Often, we need to separate the person/people from the situation. The memory of offense will continue to injure us until we forgive our offender, remember who our real enemy is, and then do the necessary business with the Lord.”
Ephesians 6:16 NIV ~ In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.
