A little self-compassion goes a long way. This weekend, give yourself some grace. You’re a work in progress, and you get to be, without the condemnation. Believe the best about others, because they’re in process too. Refuse to listen to gossip, toxic accusations, and diminishing assessments. They’re bad for your soul. Fill up on what is lovely, true, praiseworthy, and joy-sustaining. We follow a smiling Savior. He’s happy, joyful, and full of compassion. He’s fierce in our defense, ruthless against evil, and powerful in every way. He has no equal, no rival, and no competition. He is God. And He loves you. Trust Him with your life. He’ll lead you from strength to strength, glory to glory, shining ever brighter until the full light of day. God bless you!
